Fluid Bed Dryer

This equipment is widely used in the granulation process of pharmaceutical functions. The Fluid Bed Dryer produced by us is suitable for homogenous drying with high thermal efficiency. The dryer consists of flowing beds and moving trays, along with high rates of moisture removal due to excellent gas-particle constant. These result in high heat and mass transfer rates in the fluidized product. 

We achieve this process with parameters for operating temperature, humidity, and airflow. Further, due to the presence of a large heat exchange area inside the Fluidised Bed Dryer, the required gas amount is small. To check this issue, the sizes of each equipment of the system used in the system are minimized.
