Vibro-Sifter

We produce a mechanical processor as Vibro Sifter that separates desired elements from undesired elements. Specializing in solid to solid removal of lumps that lead to finer materials.  Along with this, the machine specializes in removing foreign materials and standardizes a particular size throughout the elements. The sifting happens through different shelves of mesh placed in the Vibro Sifter. Parts included in the sifter are the hopper lid, filter screen, wire mesh, and outlet. After the materials move through horizontal vibrations from these layers, the final material is assembled.
